Celebrate Earth Day

HAPPY EARTH DAY!

Today is a great day to reflect on Mother Earth and what YOU can do to reduce the size of your carbon foot print. Let's face it-we only get one Earth. Already we have global warming and the effects from that have been huge not to mention the pollution of our oceans and seas that is slowly causing sea water to decrease.

In celebration of Earth Day, I have some great tips and even a great discount from All Romance Books on this special day when we celebrate Mother Earth.

Reducing our impact on our environment is the first and most important step in living Green and making our world better.

What is living Green mean? Living Green means that we recycle, use toxin free chemicals, we stop dumping in and depleting natural resources, we conserve our natural resources as well as habitats, and cutting down on how much power we use.

Living Green is attainable. Already many are catching on to harnessing solar, wind, and Geo-thermal energy sources and using re purposed building compounds for their homes and businesses. When a tornado leveled a town in Kansas in 2007, leaders sought to rebuild but they wanted to innovate Green technology into the works. Celebrity, Leonardo Di Caprio and his team helped to bring in every Green expert there was to help the citizens of Greensburg, Kansas to rebuild using smart Green technology.

Today, Greensburg, Kansas along with many cities in Colorado are among the leaders in Green energy technology and building. They are leaders in how we can embrace ways to cut down on our use of fossil fuels, chemicals, agriculture, and energy use. Being off the grid is the new wave of the future.

SO HOW CAN YOU LIVE GREEN?

Most people believe that to live Green means that it isn't affordable. Here are the top ten easiest and cheapest ways to live Green.

  Top 10

  1. Use only natural cleaning products-Natural cleaning products are just as good as the ones that are filled with chemicals only they won't take minutes off your life, expose you to carcinogens, damage your lung tissue, and even cause brain cell death. They also will not harm the environment.
  2. Buy generic organic produce-BUY FROM YOUR FARMERS AND LOCAL PRODUCE STANDS and look for the organic. Organic means that the fruits and vegetables have not been exposed to harmful pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Name brand or big chain store produce will cost more money and sometimes it can be shipped or placed near the produce that is NOT organic.
  3. Grow your own Produce. Nothing is more beneficial to you, your family, and to Mother Earth. Using organic compost and organic pesticides can ensure that you're creating a food source that will have many benefits as well as enrichment to the Earth.
  4.  DON'T WASTE FOOD! Whether you are dining in or out-don't waste food. If you need to bring left overs home from the restaurant, request that the content be placed in a biodegradable container or use your own.
  5. Burn Less Fuel-If you're looking to purchase a car-choose a vehicle that takes Flex Fuel or Alternative fuels. Now, some of us can't do that so limit your trips-try to group destinations together so that you're doing more yet driving less. Carpool when you can also saves on fossil fuel emissions into our air.
  6. Reduce Energy costs and usage by unplugging your appliances, televisions, and electronics when not in use. "Vampire" or "Phantom Energy Use" are terms that define the amount of energy still being used even if something is "turned off" yet is still plugged in. The less you leave plugged in-the less energy you're getting billed for and wasting.
  7. Think about installing or leasing Solar Panels or a Wind Turbine. Many of us cannot afford solar panels or wind turbine systems to our homes but there is a new trend where people are leasing them. However,  adding solar panels or even home turbines can really make a difference and will pay off in the long run. So think of making an investment into buying your own at some point.
  8. Having a well insulated home means you are saving heating and cooling costs which cuts down on the loss of energy and impact on the environment. Always make sure you use insulation that is made from earth friendly components and is installed or placed correctly.
  9. Ditch those old mercury thermostats and upgrade to a digital thermostat. The benefits of a digital thermostat is that it will electronically set the temperature for accuracy which means savings both in your pocket and with your energy.
  10. INSTALL LED LIGHTBULBS! They are an investment but they will save you money within the first month. These light bulbs are even more efficient than the compact florescent bulbs because they use less energy yet still perform just  as well if not better.

Dreamwalker: Key to Paradise
By Pamela Moran

Lena Andrews has always had vivid dreams. Conversations with people she knows, travels and adventures. But this cold, February night brings her so much more than she expected when she closed her eyes to sleep.

Dreamwalking isn’t a foreign concept to Davis Ryker. But when his own dream is hijacked, he has to wonder if the beautiful, and naked, stranger in his dream is simply a sexy fantasy drawn from the depths of his subconscious or something more. Either way, he’s quite willing to see where she takes him.

Excerpt:

Lena Andrews sat on a light blue beach towel, on warm island sand as a balmy breeze ruffled the loose strands of her short hair away from her face. An exotic, floral hint of fragrance lingered on the air and a brilliant sunset hovered over the horizon with bold reds giving way to golden oranges and falling into the deep blues of the water.

She wrapped her arms around her drawn up legs and rested her chin on her bare knees.

Naked in paradise.

Not too hard to figure this dream out, considering the two feet of snow outside her mountain cabin window, with more falling and not scheduled to stop until morning. The thought of trudging through all of that to get to the ski lodge and work tomorrow morning had had her burrowing down with the electric blanket on high and the covers over her head.

Yeah, sitting on a deserted island beach sounded blissful.

And warm.

She’d face the snow and the cold once the alarm blared and yanked her from this dream.

Arching her back, she rotated her shoulders then lifted her face to the gentle breeze to let it caress her skin. Blissful. The naked part, though. Hmmm. Puzzling.

“Well, hello.” A deep, gravelly, male voice came from the right, just behind her. Tingles of awareness careened across her skin.

What the – Lena’s shoulders came forward, that first instinctual urge to fold into herself. To minimize her vulnerability.

No. This is my dream, dammit.

She straightened her back and squared her shoulders before angling her head to look over her right shoulder.

Her breath caught. Held.

Well, hello was right.

Pure maleness. One hundred percent, testosterone filled, naked male.

The PSI, a psychic, covert agency operating in the grey area just outside of government oversight, consists of agents with differing skill sets, different abilities, talents and gifts. Dreamwalkers are a brand new tem, loosely woven together by the common ability to enter another’s dream and interact with the dreamer. The usefulness of the team has yet to be proven.

Join me each month for a new Sexy to Go volume with a new Dreamwalker story as we find out what those Dreamwalkers are capable of, what kind of trouble they find themselves in and how their own sexy dreams play out in the dreamworld.

Next in the Dreamwalker series is NightScape where we meet Reggie, an anesthesiologist with a rare gift for calming her patients, and Cliff Braxton, a Dreamwalker hell bent on finding who harmed his friend and who has been hiding inside that friend’s dreams. Reggie and Cliff engage in a cat and mouse tussle where it’s difficult to separate dreams from nightmares and both from reality.

And if you’re interested in the other PSI agents, check out the PSI Sentinels: Guardians of the Psychic Realm series. Available are Stolen Spirit (Book One), Blind Sight (Book Two), Elsie’s Secret (A PSI Sentinel Novella) and just released Gavin’s Woman (A novella of the PSI Sentinel Darkwater Guardians).

Paranormal Love Wednesday Blog Hop: Cursed Awakening Leads To A Savage Dawn

Ivy Morgan has finally gotten her chance to have a life of her own. Romance is not part of that plan.

Well that was before Nyx Wahpeton walked into her life.

Now Ivy's wondering if she can trust Nyx with her dark secrets but can Nyx trust her with his?

Nyx is a wolf shifter and the lives of all those he loves hangs in the balance for one woman; a human woman who has been hurt deeply.

While the sparks fly between them and the passion they share engulfs them both, an ancient evil lurks in the dark and Nyx will have to fight to keep his people and Ivy safe.

However, evil doesn't always lurk in the darkest of places and betrayal hits the hardest when it's the one you know.

READ IT NOW!

Ivy was afraid at first, but she could now see why Lorna loved it when Terrance picked her up on his Kawasaki. It was really exhilarating; almost like flying except she had to hold on or she’d fly right off. Nyx drove through town and down the old Route 44 before getting off and heading down some dirt roads. Everything was beautiful to Ivy! The statuesque trees with their green leaves and needles, the chestnut brown earth, the green foliage that littered the ground, and the way the sun streamed through the canopy of leaves. Nyx pulled the bike to a halt in front of an old covered bridge. He got off the bike and helped Ivy off as well. When they removed their helmets he led her over towards the bridge.
“This is the old Thatcher’s Bridge. It’s one of the oldest I’ve been told in the whole U.S. of A. My father...er grandfather helped build the bridge.” He explained with a bit of pride.
The old Thatcher Bridge was raggedy, but there was something really beautiful about it. It was like when one looked at a work of art that didn’t really look like it was anything until you took the time to stand back and really see it. The bridge looked as if at one time it might have been red and the wooden shingled roofing had all but either worn away with time or met with some sort of natural catastrophe. She peered in and could see beams of sunlight and dust motes sifting through the air.
“What happened to it?” she asked as she looked up at his face.
“Well, the bridge got old and there was a flood long ago. Something bad happened and well no one travels the bridge anymore. The elders at the Res as well as the town’s folk decided that the bridge would no longer be used. However, no one could bear to tear it down. So here it sits. I’ve been dying to be able to fix it up. I know that sounds kind of dull, huh?”
“No, no it doesn’t. It would be beautiful again with just some new boards, shingles, and some paint. What terrible thing happened?” Ivy was curious now. It really impressed her that he’d want to take on such a project, and take it on for such selfless reasons.
Nyx was a little uncomfortable. The story of the Thatcher Bridge was a sad one that not a lot of people spoke of. He cleared his throat and began the tale.
“Well, the bridge had been in operation for about ten years or so. It was how the people from town could get to the Res. The bridge had been a symbol of good faith and good relations between the ‘white man’ and the ‘red man’. This was back when both the town and the Res flourished with goodness. You know, even though there was all this goodwill there were still prejudices. The mayor at the time had a daughter. That daughter had been seeing an Indian boy much to her father’s displeasure. They would meet at this bridge and see each other. One night during a storm, the Mayor had discovered that his only daughter was with child. He threw her out and since there weren’t any phone lines at the Res at the time, she couldn’t very well call her lover. So she got in her father’s old pickup and headed for the Res.
The new road to the Res hadn’t been built yet so she had to cross the bridge. The storm was raging, the water was rising and that creek there was starting to flood. The car stalled on the bridge. The water was rising and well to make a long story short that great big hole, there…” he motioned to where one wall of the bridge had a huge gaping hole in it, “her truck with her in it was overtaken by water. They found her four days later, drowned. The Indian boy later found out why she had been on the bridge and in his despair, he hung himself. It was a really sad time; a horrible time. Ever since the bridge has been closed and never repaired. It sits as it is now, like a grave marker.” Nyx said sadly.
Ivy’s heart clenched in her chest at his story. It was truly awful what had happened.
“Nyx, I’m so sorry! That is such a sad story.” Ivy said as her voice broke.
Nyx looked over at her, and put an arm around her as he started to see a small tear streak down her face. His lips touched her forehead. It felt so right that she was in his arms and he couldn’t ignore it!
“I’m sorry I brought you here. I just wanted you to see it, but I shouldn’t have. It’s why I want to repair the bridge and make it something as it once was; beautiful!” he admitted.
“No, I’m glad you brought me here! It really is beautiful set amongst the trees and I bet you’ll make it even lovelier than it was before. It shouldn’t be a reminder of tragedy. God knows there are enough tragic reminders around without this being one of them.” she replied softly.
Nyx smiled but couldn’t help but feel the ache in her voice. Lorna’s word’s played in his head, “When it comes to suffering, she’s no stranger to it.”
“Ivy, what tragic reminders do you have?” he asked without really thinking. He wanted to recant his words but couldn’t.
Ivy’s eyes grew even sadder and he could sense she was retreating into herself.
“I, I don’t really like talking about it. They’re n-not important.” She stammered as she stepped out of his arms.

“You know, you can talk to me if you need to! I mean I don’t want to intrude but no matter what it is that bothers you, you can talk to me if you want.” he offered.
She gave him a half smile that didn’t reach her eyes as she turned to look down at the creek with its bubbling stream flowing along. Nyx decided to drop the subject. The last thing he wanted to do was be pushy. He just hoped she’d learn to trust him. Whatever it was, he didn’t care; he only wanted to help her if he could. Nyx cared about her even though he knew he shouldn’t.
“Come on, I have someone I want you to meet!” he said as he led her back to the bike.
Ivy hoisted herself on the back of bike and wrapped her arms around Nyx wondering where they were going next but not caring as long as she was with him now. Nyx started up the bike and again they were off. They headed on down the dirt path beyond the bridge. They came back up onto the main road and he headed east on it. The sun was just starting to make the sky look peachy-pink, but there was some blue in it still. Nyx pulled off onto another dirt road that looked more like an old service road. At the end of the road was a small drive way. Nyx stopped in front of a small house. It looked more like a log cabin out of an Outdoor magazine. There was a middle-aged woman rocking in a chair snapping green beans into a terracotta bowl. She looked up and smiled as she waved at Nyx.
Nyx helped Ivy off the bike and led her towards the front porch to where the woman was now standing. “Margaret, this is a friend of mine, Ivy Morgan.” He greeted. Ivy stepped to the side of Nyx and shook the woman’s hand. She smiled warmly at both Ivy and Nyx.
“Margaret White Elk has lived here her whole life, Ivy. She’s a good friend to my family, and well just about everyone else! She doesn’t say too much, but Margaret is one of the finest women I know and she makes the best fry bread!” Nyx whispered.
Margaret made a gesture with her hands and smiled. Ivy guessed that Margaret must be deaf, and wished she knew sign language. However, Nyx seemed to be communicating pretty good with her. Inside the woman’s small house was an iron stove, dried fruit and herbs hanging from the ceiling on a rack, a modest counter top and sink combo, a small Frigidaire, and cabinets with see through panes that showed her dry goods and dishes. On the oak looking table, there were bowls of fruits and nuts along with a few fat candles. Everything looked homey and neat. Woven rugs were placed strategically and decoratively. On the walls were pictures in heirloom frames and beautiful paintings. Ivy would have bet her next pay check that she had painted them herself. A few of them were nature landscapes and animals, but there were four that really looked like abstract art pieces. The colors were vibrant and every detail had been included. She could have sworn that if she had touched the painting of a trio of bear cubs that she would have felt a fuzzy face instead of a canvas with paint.
Margaret went straight to a cabinet and took out three glasses that she filled with tea. All the colors from the wooden floor to the furniture were all bright earth tones. The cabin seemed just as cozy as the woman in front of her. Margaret took out a covered bowl and set it on the table. It was fry bread. Nyx took a piece and broke it in half. He gave a piece to Ivy. She took a nibble and then a bigger bite. Nyx hadn’t lied; this was good stuff! Margaret made some more gestures that were probably American Sign Language. Nyx laughed and nodded.
Ivy was through her half of bread when Nyx handed her another piece. Margaret laughed. Ivy felt her face flush with embarrassment. Nyx patted her hand. “Don’t worry; you are giving her quite a compliment by eating her fry bread! Margaret can hear if you speak to her; she just can’t speak.” He explained.
“Thank you for welcoming me to your home and thank you for the bread! I’ve never had anything like it before and it’s delicious!” Ivy smiled at Margaret who smiled back and clapped her hands.
Margaret signed something and Ivy watched Nyx shake his head “no” and then she signed something else and Ivy didn’t miss the wink he gave her.
After about an hour and a short walk around back so Margaret could show Ivy her garden; Ivy and Nyx were back on the bike heading towards town. Ivy pointed out where she lived with Lorna. It was dark by the time they reached the house. They stood for a span of moments that seemed like eternity as they stared at one another.
“You should probably go in, Ivy. I really liked spending time with you today and I know Margaret liked having you around!” he said next to her ear.
Ivy didn’t want him to go. “I liked spending time with you too! Margaret is really nice, but was she born mute?”
Nyx’s eyes shadowed at that moment. His face looked pained.
“No, no she was married once. Her bastard husband beat on her. He was an alcoholic and he tried to strangle her. He crushed her voice box. Before, she met and married him; she had one of the most beautiful singing voices on the Res! Margaret’s husband died while coming home from a bar one night. He had been drinking and started a fight with the wrong guy. The guy tried to keep from fighting him, but the drunken asshole pulled a knife and the guy while trying to wrestle the thing away accidently ended up stabbing him.” he sighed and looked away.
“Margaret must have really loved the bastard though because she never again married.” Nyx knew a little more details but he was going to spare Ivy the play by play.
Ivy bowed her head. She knew all about how volatile men whether they were drunk or not could turn. It gave her shivers.
“She seems to really like you though; your visits must be a comfort to her.” Ivy whispered.
Nyx raked a hand through his hair, thinking to himself; once again he’d said something that had pained her, “Yeah. She is a very good friend to my mother. My mother always took care of Margaret as a child and then when she’d been hurt by her husband. I was little and Margaret walked over fifty miles in the snows of winter when we were all very sick. It was so bad that no one from the Res or town could come, but Margaret did. It’s ironic, Margaret is a healer among my people and hers yet she couldn’t heal herself.” He looked at Ivy and knew that he had totally killed the mood. He cursed himself.
“Hey, enough about Margaret though. I really liked spending time with you and I would like to see you again, how about tomorrow?”
Ivy shook her head, “I can’t. I have to work a double tomorrow. I won’t get off until after seven.”
Nyx just smiled, “Hey, I don’t mind as long as I could see you! If nothing else, I could give you a ride home!” He found himself hoping that she’d say yes, but he wanted to see her smile.
Ivy thought about it and gave him a half smile, “Okay. I work down at Grady’s Café. I get off at seven.”
Nyx took his hand and placed it slowly and gently on her cheek as he leaned in slowly and barely touched his lips to hers. Ivy knew she should bolt but the man drew her in like a magnet! For a moment she was lost in the sensation of his kiss. In a lot of ways, it was her very first kiss!
When she parted her lips ever so slightly, Nyx deepened the kiss. Immediately heat flushed her whole body and she became a live wire. He rested his hands on her either side of her face as he kissed her. Never had she ever been kissed like this before. She’d always felt cold and inhuman when Papa Paul had touched her. She didn’t feel that way with Nyx. Suddenly she became all too aware of her body’s reaction and she withdrew.
Nyx knew that something had turned her off but he just smiled and gave her the space she needed. He wished he knew what it was or rather who had hurt her. Nyx didn’t press for details; he just hoped she’d open up about it.

Ever since I was a child I have loved books and stories. I am a mother of two and have been married to my high school sweetheart for twenty years. I have been a long time fan of horror, fantasy, and Science fiction genres since I was a kid.

My dream is to be able to create stories that make you, the reader feel as if you are apart of that world and where your senses come alive. Writing paranormal romance gives me the vehicle so that I can write for my favorite bad boys (whether they come with fang or claw) and give them HEA's that aren't damsels in distress but women who we all can relate to.

BLISSFUL VALENTINE EXCERPT :

He stops and meets my gaze, then bends down and grabs a mound of snow, packing into a tight ball. He takes a step back and winds his arm, throwing the snowball straight and fast. It smacks against the metal sign on the far end of the small pond near a cluster of benches, breaking off into a multitude of pieces.
He wipes his hands off on his pants. “Give it a try.”
I shake my head. “No way, I throw like a girl.”
His picks up a mound of snow and packs it together, forming a perfect sphere. He hands me the snowball and stands behind me, pressing his body against mine. My heartbeats thump against my chest, causing a surge of adrenaline to rush through my veins. I tremble, holding the snowball in my right hand. At least I can blame the cold for my shaky arm. He runs his hand down to my wrist and pulls it back, up toward my shoulder.
He rests his head on my shoulder and talks softly into my ear. “Pull your arm back to here and step forward at the same time you throw.” He moves to the side.
Goosebumps form on my neck from his warm breath gliding against my cool skin. My stomach flutters. Here goes nothing. I stare at the metal No Parking sign and pull my arm back, throwing the snowball as I step forward. Tiny fragments of snow fly through the air. A direct hit.
I clap my hands and bounce up and down on my toes. “Holy crap, I actually did it. I didn’t think I could hit the broad side of a barn.” Dean comes over and raises his hand to give me a high five. I lunge forward and pull him into a hug, before I realize what I’m doing. My chest tightens and heat creeps across my cheek.
He wraps his arms around my waist and presses his body against mine. I step back and ease away, dropping my arms to my sides. “We better head back, I’ve still got lots of physics studying to do if I plan on passing the semester.”
He rubs the back of his neck and nods.
I slide my frozen hands into my pockets and hold them in tight fists. Note to self: when I think I’m finished embarrassing myself I’m usually wrong.
The perfect untouched blanket of snow moves into an array of chaos as we turn the corner to my apartment. My heart beats faster with each step I take forward. This walk is taking forever. If I don’t get away from Dean soon, I may end up doing something else I shouldn’t. I mean, we’re just friends. I take a deep breath and slowly exhale as we approach my driveway.
I dig in my purse and pull out my keys. “Thanks for my victory celebration.”
He places his hand in the small of my back on our way toward my steps. “First of many.” His hand moves to my waist.
Summersaults take over my stomach. I step onto the first step. My boot slips along the rim of the concrete edge covered in a thin layer of ice and instantly it knocks me off balance. My hands flail through the air, desperately trying to grab onto anything.
Dean jumps into action, catching me before my head smacks against the hard sidewalk. I grab onto his sculpted bicep and pull myself to my feet.
Fire burns through my cheeks, which are no doubt fire-engine red. I drop my chin to my chest and hunch my shoulders. He lifts my chin and gazes into my eyes. My heart pounds against the walls of my chest. Electric shockwaves flows through my veins. He leans in closer. My lips part and lava flows through my body. He tucks a stray strand of hair behind my ear. “I knew you’d fall for me sooner or later.” He places a soft kiss on my cheek and takes a step back, turning and walking away.

Happy Fifty Shades of Grey, I mean, Happy Valentine's Day!

Finally! Finally it's here. You've been waiting for it and finally the day has arrived in theaters everywhere...The Fifty Shades of Grey has finally opened and women everywhere are having a religious experience.

Okay, have you stopped laughing yet? Look, I'm not going to bash or demonize the movie. I may end up seeing it myself just for the sake of curiosity and because I still miss my Sheriff of Story Brook from Once Upon A Time (really, Regina, did you have to really obliterate the Huntsman? Gah!). However, I really can't stop giggling at all this craze and news stories going wild about how this movie is going to lead to sexual violence or that it's the new sexual revolution. Really, the new sexual revolution? Say that out loud a few times, I burst out laughing after the first time.

For starters, if movies like Eyes Wide Shut, The Secretary (I still can't get why no one is crying out the foul of that movie-then again that was pre-social media), The Story of O, Blue Velvet, and my own favorite-91/2 Weeks haven't been shamed, then why Fifty?

It's not really all that original of a story. It's told in the POV of Anastasia, who is constantly saying "fuck", "Oh Shit!" and her various "sound words" for her passion. Now, let's talk about those words.
Ana seems to cry out these words a lot in the sack or on the rack:

"Aaah" (Did Christian creep up behind her and go "Boo!" Or did a mouse suddenly streak across the floor?) I just keep thinking of that old Nickelodeon cartoon, Aaah! Monsters!

"Ungh" or "Ung"- Now this one, I'm picturing one might use this particular word to describe stubbing their toe or hitting their shin. Then again perhaps Ana stubbed her vag, who knows.

"Aarrgh" Ana is a pirate? I mean while she's in the throes of passion, her go to is doing a rendition of Red Handed Jill, the pirate wench?

So we have "Aaah", "Ungh", and "Aarrgh" plus endless pages of inner goddess dialogue. That's sexy right? Next time you're with your significant other make those noises and note the expression on their faces. I guarantee you that they will look at you like you've lost your gourd.

Just about every woman in the USA, right now if they haven't already are visiting the local adult toy store and are buying floggers, whips, canes, creams, gels, and nipple clamps. What I want to know is, when the neighbors end up calling the police and they're arrested for what will be perceived as domestic abuse and poor hubby is going to have see a therapist for his PTSD he's going to end up with, what then? I'm thinking every husband and boyfriend/girlfriend will be throwing and burning the Fifty Shades of Grey books while singing, "We Shall Over Come". Are you still laughing? I mean c'mon, it's a little funny. Picture coming out of your house to see a cop car with its lights going, and your neighbor Mrs. So and So is standing with handcuffs on looking contrite while her poor husband is cringing in his boxers pointing a finger while screaming, "I was all into her sexy little leather outfit. I didn't even mind being handcuffed, but when she told me she wanted to use that....on my......" C'mon, you'd laugh, especially if they were the little church couple.

Look, I have no real love for the books but it's a fad that perhaps symbolizes how many women are either bored in the bedroom or are looking for some sort of adventure with some drama thrown in for good measure. To each their own. So this Valentine's Day, forget what Christian and Ana are doing and create your own experiences with your someone special. If you're single this holiday, get some girls together and have a night out. Who knows you might even get lucky. Heck, go see the movie and laugh! I know I'll be laughing if I end up going. I mean how can you not when you have "Aaah!", "Ungh", and "Aargh".

Happy Valentine's Day Guys and Gals!
